Lee County Creates Water Quality Site; Clearing House Website For Water Quality Reports.

“As media continue to cover water-related issues, Lee County has created a new website designed as a clearing house to get information on all things water quality. It also is designed to provide context for the Executive Order related to blue-green algae.
The website addresses the significant funding commitments that Lee County Commissioners have made to water-related projects and infrastructure. It highlights what Lee County Natural Resources staff is doing as well as the work of the Visitor & Convention Bureau and other departments such as Parks & Recreation and the Economic Development Office, which continue to monitor the situation and respond accordingly.
