Captured is a six bedroom, six and a half bathroom private home located directly across the street from the beach and offers beautiful beach views.

The main living level offers a living area with ample seating, 60″ flat panel TV and Blue Ray DVD Player. Head on over to the fully equipped, gourmet kitchen complete with a Keurig Coffee Maker and free coffee on your arrival. Off the kitchen is a breakfast nook offering beach views. The dining room offers plenty of seating.

Off the living area is a large screened in porch offering outdoor seating and wonderful gulf front views. On this level is a bedroom with a queen bed, 32″ flat panel TV/DVD combo and an en-suite bathroom with a step in shower. The second bedroom offers two twin beds, 32″ flat panel TV/DVD combo and en-suite bathroom with tub/shower combination. This level also offers the laundry room with washer/dryer and a half bathroom.

The upper level offers a master bedroom with king bed, flat panel TV, walk in closet and full bathroom with walk in shower. The master suite offers a king bed, 42″ flat panel TV, en-suite bathroom with walk in shower and private open deck with gulf views.

The lower level offers a sitting area with a queen sleeper sofa and 32″ flat panel TV. One bedroom offers a king bed with 42″ flat panel TV, while the other bedroom offers a queen bed with 32″ flat panel TV/DVD combo. Both bedrooms share a full bathroom with walk in shower.

This lower level offers a game room featuring a pool table, ping pong table, two video arcade games, 50″ flat panel TV with Wii and Xbox gaming system. The movie room offers four reclining leather seats and two overside floor pillows with a 100″ projection TV with Blue Ray DVD Player, Cable TV and Free Netflix Streaming.

This is a beautifully appointed and equipped home that offers an elevator, high-speed wireless internet access and Gas BBQ Grill. The home comes equipped with your bed/bath linens, beach towels and beach equipment included beach chairs, umbrella and wagon.

This is a seven night minimum property and can accommodate up to 14 people.

*Royal Shell Vacations requires a separate Rental and Use Agreement to be executed prior to any proposed event. We ask that you disclose your event during the booking process and coordinate your plans with our event coordinator for the best possible experience. Events are defined as but not limited to: Weddings, Receptions, Rehearsal Dinners, Family Reunions, Any Group or Professional Organization, Birthday Parties exceeding the maximum number of people that a home can accommodate or any function not considered a family vacation. Bringing items such as large tents, rental equipment and outside vendors on the property will be considered an event. Please discuss your event plans with the event coordinator prior to any event and be sure to execute the additional Rental and Use Agreement.

Homes rented without Royal Shell’s prior knowledge of an event will be charged double the standard event fee plus any additional cleaning or repair fees above and beyond the rental rate. This determination can be made anytime during or immediately following the rental period by any member of the Royal Shell Staff or Royal Shells contracted vendors.*
