Located off of Captiva Drive directly on the bay, the Otter Banks Estate is a newly refurbished property offering a main house and guest house.

The Otter Banks Estate offers a six bedroom main house along with a two bedroom guest house.  There is a private pool, boat dockage, two BBQ Grills and the home is walking distance to the beach.  This estate can accommodate up to 20 people and will accept weddings for an additional fee (see below).

The Otter Banks Main House is a six bedroom, five and a half bathroom direct bay front two living level private home offering upscale and gourmet kitchen, seven TV’s, seven DVD Players, washer/dryer and high-speed wireless internet access.  The main living level features the master bedroom with king bed, en-suite bathroom and TV and DVD Player.  The other five bedrooms are located on the lower half of the home and come complete with TV’s, DVD Players and updated furnishings. The private pool seperates the main and guest house.

The guest house is a two bedroom/two bathroom cottage offering a King, two twins and sleeper sofa.  There is a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room with TV, DVD Player and sleeper sofa.  The guest house can accommodate up to six people.

This home will accept pets with a non-refundable $225.00 plus tax pet fee.  This home will accept events up to 100 people with an additional $3000.00 plus tax event fee, plus a refundable event damage deposit of $1000.00.
