The Sanibel Permitting Process Review Committee will meet this Tuesday, October 14.
“Pursuant to Land Development Code Section 82-301 the Planning Commission is responsible for conducting an annual review of the permitting process and making such recommendations as it deems appropriate to facilitate improvements to the permitting process generally and more specifically to
achieve the goals and policies of the Sanibel Plan.”
Through the first half of 2014, permits issued for the construction of new residences on Sanibel and the remodeling of residences are trending about even with 2013.
