Westbound Lane Closed On East Periwinkle Way Due To Utility Work 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
City Of Sanibel News Release.
On Tuesday, February 17th, utility work will start that will require closure of the westbound lane of East Periwinkle Way near the east end Lighthouse Beach parking lot between 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
The work WILL NOT result in a full road closure; the eastbound lane will remain open and managed for travel in both directions. Every effort will be made to minimize inconvenience to the public. Users of East Periwinkle Way should plan on additional travel time when accessing the area. The public is reminded to please DRIVE SLOWLY and CAUTIOUSLY through the area when workers are present.
