FWC reported a trace of karenia brevis in samples off Charlotte County and the Florida Keys.

Red Tide Status (March 20, 2015)
Karenia brevis, the Florida red tide organism, was found in background concentrations in two samples collected alongshore of Charlotte County and in very low concentrations in one sample collected offshore of the Florida Keys (Monroe County). Additional samples collected throughout Florida this week did not contain K. brevis.
