SCCF Sustainable Growing Partnerships With Local Producers

Sanibel-Captiva Conservation Foundation’s Thursday Program Partners With A Local Farmer Each Week To Promote Sustainable Growing Methods

The Sanibel-Captiva Conservation Foundation issued the following news release.

SCCF SanIbel Farmers Market On Thursdays.

“Rosy Tomorrows Heritage Farm is a 100 acre farm in North Fort Myers raising heritage breed livestock on green pastures sustainably, organically and holistically: 100% grass-fed beef, pastured red wattle pork, heritage chickens for meat and eggs. We grow fruits, heirloom vegetables, and herbs.

We also have a state of the art kitchen where we make our own breads, pastries, healthful herb water, create our own stir fry blends and salad mixes, healthful and nourishing beef and chicken bone broth. We butcher our own meat, make our own liverwurst and pâté, make our own signature sausages… everything from the bounty of our hundred acre farm.

Please join us on Thursday from 9am till Noon.

At SCCF’s Native Landscapes & Garden Center: 1300 Periwinkle Way, Sanibel.

The entrance to SCCF’s Native Landscapes & Garden Center,  at the Bailey Homestead, is just to the west of the intersection of Donax Road & Periwinkle Way and is shared with the City of Sanibel’s Roadside Park.
