“Schnappers Hots, a well-known restaurant on the island, is suing Blue Bell Ice Cream for hurting its business.
David Acheson, Schnappers’ owner, partnered with Blue Bell Ice Cream years ago until the ice cream was recalled for being linked to a lysteria outbreak.
“We immediately called Blue Bell and Blue Bell told us everything was fine,” Acheson said. “Of course the news was telling us differently.” WINK News
