Surprise, Surprise … Late Season Tarpon Off Captiva Beach!
The fishing has been superb this October and seems to just keep getting better!
The last couple of mornings, anglers have been hooking and jumping tarpon on the gulf side from boats off the Captiva beach!
This is very unusual for mid- late-October, but a lot of fun!
Pompano, Little Tunny, Spanish Mackerel have also been running off the beaches.
Redfish continue to be very strong on the oyster bars inshore.
October is the hidden secret as the best month for fishing in Sanibel & Captiva!
