Captiva Rentals, 4-12-15, Captiva Island: “Get ready for the 2nd annual Island Hopper Songwriter Fest. The festival kicks off with star-studded performers on Captiva Island, Sept. 17-20 and wraps up Sept. 25-27 on Fort Myers Beach.
The event will feature free performances from some of the biggest hit-makers in the country. In addition, songwriters will perform mid-week in historic downtown Fort Myers.
‘Our first Island Hopper Songwriter Fest was so successful that even more songwriters want to come this year,’ said Tamara Pigott, executive director of the Lee County Visitor & Convention Bureau. ‘No one can compete with the sunshine, beaches and natural beauty that have been inspiring artists for years.”’
The festival is presented in partnership with BMI, the largest music rights organization in the U.S., iHeartMedia, and Cat Country 107.1.
