Some Limited Red Tide Impact On Wildlife.
While red tide has not been a huge issue for Sanibel & Captiva, there has been some limited impact on wildlife as the bloom has drifted south inshore toward Naples and the beaches.
CROW, the Clinic for the Rehabilitation Of Wildlife, has been treating a limited number of animals sickened by red tide.
CROW received seven new red tide patients over the last few days including six cormorants and a beautiful white pelican!
